X-BRA is a techno-shamanic duo London-based and Porto-born, presenting ritual-raves, performances and DJ setting, presenting a transdisciplinary performance-environment that mixes Visual Arts, Multimedia and Live Art with electronic, techno and noise sounds. The project will be generated within several installations which are the stage for performative gestures that will take place in an immersive universe with the audience, inviting their active participation and interaction in the actions to be carried out and within the environment. The performance, durational and immersive, aims to place the public as an intervener, which triggers and is related to the space and atmosphere. A place cohabited by all bodies, genders, races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations and backgrounds, devoid of prejudice, free of action and thought. Sound and video are connected to this situational (de)construction. Euphoric and dysphoric, the audio-visuals transmit an imaginary and (dis/u)topic path of different alternations. They represent the physical and mental displacement of territory, national or foreign, to allow an encounter of bodies from different points that come together and congregate for a ritual-rave, diverging from the “natural” and converging into the “artificial”, in a real fake cosmos.
